Lower the salinity, keep the nutrition the same! Moopoongzone Low Sodium Anchovy

Moopoongzone low-salt anchovies are fresh anchovies caught in South Korea, boiled in seawater, and dried in a HACCP-certified processing facility. 61 grams of stir-fried low-salt anchovies and 26 grams of stir-fried anchovies contain about 700 mg of calcium, which is equivalent to the recommended daily amount. It is also rich in vitamin D, which aids in the absorption of calcium in the body. Originally, anchovies use a large amount of salt during the self-ripening process before drying to prevent spoilage. Therefore, the salty taste of anchovies that we know is not the saltiness inherent in anchovies. The sodium content of common anchovies is about 6~10%. Moopoongzone's anchovies are cleaned before drying, and bubble cavitation is used to remove impurities and reduce salinity. In addition, it is dried in a vacuum low-temperature environment to evenly dry the internal organs of the anchovies. With a salinity of 0.3, it boasts a significantly lower salinity than ordinary anchovies, and it is hygienic because it is dried in a controlled environment.
