-Moopoongzone anchovies are fresh anchovies caught in Korea, boiled in seawater, and dried in a HACCP-certified processing facility. (If it's not domestic anchovies, 100% refund!)

-Moopoongzone Clean Anchovies 61g for stir-fry and 26g for stir-fry contain about 700mg of calcium, which is equivalent to the recommended daily allowance. It is also rich in vitamin D, which aids in the absorption of calcium in the body.

-During the cleaning process before drying, impurities are removed by bubble cavitation and the salinity is reduced. In addition, it is dried in a vacuum low-temperature environment to evenly dry the internal organs of the anchovies. With a salinity of 0.3%, it boasts a significantly lower salinity than ordinary anchovies, and it is hygienic because it is dried in a controlled environment.
