What is ROAExpo?

ROAExpo is a global hybrid marketplace platform connecting customers worldwide with verified brands and manufacturers. We combine marketplace accessibility with centralized operational standards to help make global shopping more reliable and efficient.

Is ROAExpo a marketplace or a direct seller?

ROAExpo operates as a hybrid platform. Some products are fulfilled through brand/manufacturer partnerships, while others are operationally managed by ROAExpo to maintain consistent global service standards.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We work directly with verified brands, manufacturers, and authorized distributors. ROAExpo does not sell counterfeit products.

Do you inspect products before shipping?

Yes. ROAExpo conducts centralized Quality & Quantity (QQ) inspections prior to shipment to help enhance order accuracy and minimize fulfillment issues.

Where are products shipped from?

Most products are shipped from our centralized operational base in Korea. In certain cases, items may ship directly from partner facilities depending on logistics and availability.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and various online payment methods such as PayPal and wire transfers. Available options may vary depending on your country.

What currencies can I pay in?

ROAExpo supports multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and KRW, with plans to expand further. Available currencies may vary depending on your location and checkout settings.

Why is the final charged amount slightly different from the displayed amount?

If currency conversion applies, exchange rates are determined by your card issuer or payment processor. This may result in minor differences between the displayed price and the final charged amount.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be modified or canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Do you charge sales tax or VAT?

For most international retail (B2C) orders, shipments are generally processed under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or local taxes imposed by their country.

For B2B transactions, alternative shipping terms such as EXW, FOB, or DDP may be arranged separately through contractual agreement upon request.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. ROAExpo ships to over 130 countries worldwide.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping options depend on your destination country

After entering your shipping address at checkout, you will see available shipping methods, corresponding costs, and estimated delivery times. You may select your preferred option before completing your order.

Options may include EMS, air parcel, sea parcel, FedEx, UPS, and other international carriers.

Can I combine products from different brands into one shipment?

Yes. ROAExpo offers cross-brand consolidated shipping, allowing you to combine products into one shipment to help reduce shipping costs based on total weight.

Consolidated shipping is available when products share the same country of origin at the time of shipment.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on total shipment weight, destination country, and selected shipping method.

What if my package is delayed?

International shipments may experience delays due to customs procedures or carrier conditions. Please monitor your tracking information, and contact us if you need assistance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Can I return opened cosmetics or food products?

Opened cosmetic, skincare, food, or hygiene-related products are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after inspection and typically take 5–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Account & Security

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. ROAExpo does not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

How can I delete my account?

You may request account deletion by contacting us at cs@roaexpo.com.

B2B & Bulk Orders

Do you support bulk or business orders?

Yes. ROAExpo supports B2B procurement and bulk purchasing. Please contact us for customized quotations and contract terms.

Are bulk orders refundable?

Bulk and special procurement orders may be subject to different return conditions. Please review contractual terms before ordering.
