TXA™ has steady tension and compression, automatic repeat function to repeatedly measure a certain distance, flexural strength to
measure flexural strength, probe tack and adhesion, creep recovery, stress relaxation, 90 degree, 180 degree peel-off strength, loop tack, etc.
It is possible to measure a variety of physical properties and is provided with a test mode accordingly. It is a device that can be operated
conveniently because it is easy to set measurement conditions and does not require special pre-processing.

TXA-only programs used for device running and DAQ on all TXA™ series products are offered free upgrades for 10 years.



Features

• Provides a variety of user-selectable measurement parameters:User-friendly software designed to allow the user to change the parameters of the test conditions as    desired. The load cell used in the device and various accessories according to the purpose of measurement can be replaced quickly and conveniently.

• Automatic distance adjustment function(Auto-rescaling) : In order to eliminate the inconvenience of manually adjusting the distance every time the
  sample holder and probe are changed, there is a function to automatically adjust the position to zero.

• Korean version and multilingual software support for domestic users : The operating program is based on Korean language, and all measurement
  status is displayed in real time on one main screen. Furthermore, we made it possible to apply it to the production system using a network network.

• Real-time automatic display of measurement results : The average and standard deviation of the results that can be obtained in the general
  measurement mode are automatically calculated immediately after the measurement is completed, and the test report can be printed as
  shown on the analysis screen.

• Testing process that does not require special pretreatment : There is no need for special pre-treatment of the sample, and as long as the substrate
  type is matched, the point and adhesive force can be continuously measured under the same conditions.

 Measurement of physical properties according to temperature : A heater and controller are built-in to measure tack as a function of temperature from
  room temperature to 80℃. It is a modular instrument that can be equipped with cryogenic option, hot/cold thermal chamber, and hot/cold plate as an option.

Test Method

Tension mode (Tensile test) : The TXA™ series is capable of measuring Young's Modulus, break strength, break strain, and peel-off at speeds as low
  as 0.1 µm to 5 mm/sec, as well as physical properties such as shear adhesion.

• Peel-off mode(Peel test) : In Peel-off test mode, 180 degree peel, 90 degree peel, and T-peel test can be selected, and the user can directly select the
  direction of the stage during motorized 90 degree peel test, so it is convenient to use.

• Compression mode(Compression test) : It can measure the compressive modulus and break strength of soft samples such as hot melt adhesives,
  acrylic adhesives, hydrogels, and brittle samples at low speed. In the compression test mode, 3-point and 4-point flexural strength tests are possible,
  and the flexural strength according to the span, thickness, and width of the specimen is automatically calculated through the software provided.

• Adhesion mode (tack measurement) : By following the Ball Probe Tack Test Method, which measures the force generated by applying a constant load
  to the surface of a point/adhesive specimen of various materials and sizes, the error that may occur during the surface bonding test is greatly reduced.

• Creep recovery mode (Transformation and restoration) : TXA™ is capable of creep and recovery tests that measure the recovery behavior obtained
  after a constant force is applied.

• Stress relaxation mode (Stress relaxation) : By controlling/measuring stress and relaxation, the rheological behavior of a sample can be checked. In other
  words, the stress/relaxation time curve can be obtained by arbitrarily designating the displacement, velocity, and time.
