    Yeonjin STEC's adhesive force measuring instrument model TXA™-Precision is a physical property analysis instrument
    designed to precisely measure low adhesion and weak load adhesion. It is a multi-axis micro adhesive force meter.
    In particular, it is possible to measure initial tack, cohesion, and holding time of adhesive materials and can be widely applied to Q/A-Q/C and R&D.



    <Ball probe tack with 0.5 inch round stainless steel>

    This model is the Probe Tack test method according to ASTM D1878-61T and ASTM D2979-95 with a low speed ball.It automatically measures the
    resistance that occurs when the ball probe is removed after applying a constant load to the adhesive, so there is no error that can often occur during the
    surface adhesion test. TXA™- Precision Point.The adhesive surface of the adhesive is in contact with other materials (adhesive-ball) and when it is detached,
    the resistance to initial tack and debonding is measured with great precision, and TXA™-MicroPrecision is reproducible and accurate
    even in adhesion tests of less than 0.1 gf.

    For loads less than 0.01 gf, Ultra-TXA ™ (1 gg to 10 gf), which measures at least 1 gg.

    Provides a variety of measurement parameters of user choice : User friendly software designed to allow users to change the variables of test conditions.

    Support for Korean version and multilingual sotware for domestic users : The operation program is based on Korean, and all measurement situations
      are displayed in real time on one main screen. Furthermore, it can be applied to the production system using the network.

    Real-time automatic display of measurement results : The results obtained in the normal measurement mode can be automatically calculated with the mean and
      standard deviation immediately after the measurement and the automatic report output is displayed on the screen.

    Test process that requires no special pretreatment : Continuous dots under the same conditions as long as no special pretreatment of the specimen is required
      and only the substrate type matches.You can measure adhesion.

    Measurement of physical properties according to temperature : It is a modular device with built-in heater and controller that can measure the track as a function of room temperature to 80℃, and can be equipped with cryogenic option or hot/cold thermal chamber, hot/cold plate as an option.

    Test Method

    Adhesion mode (tack measurement) : By following the Ball Probe Tack Test Method, which measures the force generated by applying a
        constant load to the surface of a point/adhesion specimen with ball probes of various materials and sizes, it can be generated during the
        surface adhesion test. The error has been greatly reduced.

    Peel-off mode (peel test) : In Peel-off test mode, 180 degree peel, 90 degree peel, and T-peel test can be selected, and options
        according to angle are available,
        and the direction of the stage in motorized 90 degree peel test It is convenient to use because the user can directly select it.

    Tension mode (Tension test) : µ-TXA™ can measure Young's modulus, break strength, break strain and peel-off and physical
        properties such as shear adhesion
        under a small speed of 0.1 µm to 5 mm/sec do.

    Compression mode (compression test) : It is possible to measure the compressive modulus and break strength of soft samples such as hot melt adhesives,
         acrylic adhesives, hydrogels, and brittle samples at low speed.

    Creep recovery mode (deformation and recovery) : TXA™ is capable of creep and recovery tests that measure the recovery behavior
        obtained after a constant force is applied.

    Stress relaxation mode : You can check the rheological behavior of a sample by controlling/measuring stress and relaxation. In other words,
        the stress/relaxation time curve can be obtained by arbitrarily specifying the displacement, velocity, and time.

    TXA™-MicroPrecision has excellent reproducibility and accuracy even in adhesion tests of less than 0.1 gf.
