Yeonjin STEC's adhesive force measuring instrument model TXA™-Precision is a physical property analysis instrument
designed to precisely measure low adhesion and weak load adhesion. It is a multi-axis micro adhesive force meter.
In particular, it is possible to measure initial tack, cohesion, and holding time of adhesive materials and can be widely applied to Q/A-Q/C and R&D.

This model is the Probe Tack test method according to ASTM D1878-61T and ASTM D2979-95 with a low speed ball.It automatically measures the
resistance that occurs when the ball probe is removed after applying a constant load to the adhesive, so there is no error that can often occur during the
surface adhesion test. TXA™- Precision Point.The adhesive surface of the adhesive is in contact with other materials (adhesive-ball) and when it is detached,
the resistance to initial tack and debonding is measured with great precision, and TXA™-MicroPrecision is reproducible and accurate
even in adhesion tests of less than 0.1 gf.
For loads less than 0.01 gf, Ultra-TXA ™ (1 gg to 10 gf), which measures at least 1 gg.

• Measurement of physical properties according to temperature : It is a modular device with built-in heater and controller that can measure the track as a function of room temperature to 80℃, and can be equipped with cryogenic option or hot/cold thermal chamber, hot/cold plate as an option.
• Adhesion mode (tack measurement) : By following the Ball Probe Tack Test Method, which measures the force generated by applying a
constant load to the surface of a point/adhesion specimen with ball probes of various materials and sizes, it can be generated during the
surface adhesion test. The error has been greatly reduced.
• Peel-off mode (peel test) : In Peel-off test mode, 180 degree peel, 90 degree peel, and T-peel test can be selected, and options
according to angle are available,

• Stress relaxation mode : You can check the rheological behavior of a sample by controlling/measuring stress and relaxation. In other words,
the stress/relaxation time curve can be obtained by arbitrarily specifying the displacement, velocity, and time.
