General/Common Guidance

- For holiday orders, the goods will be ready on the next business day.

Domestic (South Korea) shipping

The designated delivery service for the Floribus is CJ Logistics.
Shipping is free, and additional shipping is required for Jeju, islands, and mountainous areas.
Items will be prepared and shipped within 2-3 days on average on a settlement date basis.
(Excluding weekends and holidays)

Overseas shipping

- Additional shipping may occur if there is a special order. (Special packaging, etc.)
- The delivery period may be longer than usual, depending on the national customs procedures for the one you receive.
- If bulk orders and custom-made products, shipping period may be longer, please consult separately.
