Return Policy

If exchange/return/no refund is possible

(1) When the return deadline (7 days after receipt of the goods) has passed
(2) If you exchange once and then re-exchange
(3) The value of goods, etc. has been significantly reduced due to the user's use or part consumption under Article 15.2 of the Fair Trade Standard Terms and Conditions (including traces of use, odor, breakdown, or damage to the choice)

When exchanges/returns/refunds are available

(1) For simple change of heart exchange, return/ refund, please enclose 5,000 won of courier service cost or send home delivery after bank transfer. (Please contact us separately for the area between the regions.)
-Color, product changes, etc. are treated as simple changes.
(2) If a significant defect or damage is found in the product that is not the customer's responsibility at the time of receipt of the goods, free returns and refunds may be made within 7 days of receipt.

Exchange/Return/Refund Process

(1) After re-ordering the product you want to exchange, return, or refund, complete the return exchange form in the user's order.
-If traces of damage to the product are found, the product will be returned unconditionally.
(2) Please apply for a courier service by courier courier in the courier package.
