■ Order cancellations, exchanges and refunds
We comply with all the laws and regulations stipulated for the protection of consumers.
You can cancel your order directly if it is not approved. Please contact our customer service for cancellations after payment.
In the case of a bank transfer, if you do not transfer money for a certain period of time, your order will be cancelled automatically, if the buyer wishes, you can cancel it directly on the Internet, and if you make a transfer, we will refund it.
If you have paid by card, we will cancel if you can cancel your authorization, but if you cannot cancel your authorization, we will send you all of the funds.
When you return, please take note of your order number and membership number to help you process it more quickly.
