Label Combi 100 is good to use when labels of various sizes are used, and when the label is long and the release paper is removed frequently, or when a faster speed is required.

Label Combi 100 Installation Instructions

1. With the power switch on the right rear side turned off, pull the locking lever forward to release it.

2. Hang the label roll on the mounting bar.

3. Bend the label strip into a “U” shape and thread it through the middle bar of the label guider.

4. After lifting the separator unit, wrap the label strip and place it between the three feet of the inner coiler, then lower the separator unit.

5. After aligning the label strip, lift the locking lever and gently push it up to the locking part when you hear a “click” sound, then turn on the power switch.

How to use the label combi 100 operation panel

- Label length adjustment: Press "UP" or "DOWN" button to turn on "Separation Length- LED GREEN". Depending on the size of the figure, it is separated and the length at which it comes out and stops is adjusted.

- Normally, "Counter-LED RED" is lit and the counter number with the label removed is displayed. At this time, if you press the "Counter Reset" button, the value becomes "0".

- Error Clear: If the label is not detected after a certain period of time, the motor stops rotating and the numerical display part blinks. At this time, press the "Counter Reset" button to cancel.

- Adjust Speed: Press the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds, the red and green LEDs blink alternately, and the displayed value is the motor speed. Adjust from 1 to 10 using the "UP" and "DOWM" buttons. (Usually, the maximum speed is set to "10".)
