The HappyCall Graphene IH Pot Double Water, made in Korea, measures 18cm. It is made of metal (aluminum), wood, and ABS. The pot features a unique coating system, with an internal coating of fluororesin (titanium alloy) and an external coating of graphene and silica. The thickness of the pot is 3.3T.
The internal coating is made of fluororesin (titanium alloy). Titanium, often referred to as the ‘platinum of the sea’, is melted at temperatures above 2000 degrees to create a fluororesin coating. This process results in remarkable durability and non-stick properties.
The pot has over 20,000 oil spots, created through HappyCall’s latest CAVO EXTREME PROCESS. These oil spots prevent food ingredients from sticking directly to the bottom of the pot. This CAVO XP allows for an innovative and overwhelming non-stick effect with a small amount of oil. The pot’s non-stick life is protected by a powerful fluororesin coating (titanium alloy) even from ice, charcoal, salt, and stainless steel cooking tools.
The external coating is made of graphene, a material that maintains its properties even when bent or stretched. It’s considered a dream material, receiving much attention for its potential in flexible displays, high-efficiency solar cells, and ultra-fast semiconductors. The graphene exterior treatment reduces preheating and increases instantaneous heat conduction.
The pot also features a high-strength black silica external coating. Using silica mineral components, the black porcelain exterior treatment is resistant to wear and easy to clean even without detergent. It’s resistant to fire, doesn’t discolor easily, and can be used for a long time as if it were new. The pot can be used on all heat sources, including induction.
