It is a fully automatic universal material testing machine.
All you need to do is load the sample into the sample reservoir and everything after that is 100% automatic.
The sequence of operations is as follows.
1) Sample size measurement - using a laser sensor
2) Mounting of sample - hydraulic side chuck moves to preset position
3) Installation of extensometer - Installation according to the gage distance
4) Test progress - Automatic progress until breakage
5) Removal of sample - The robot arm bites the broken sample at the top and bottom and falls on the rail
6) Movement of the fractured sample - The fractured sample is moved to a designated place through the rail
