03. Pre-treatment

1) To protect damaged hair before applying the perm, apply it from the farthest part of the scalp to the part closest to the scalp with a one-time successful protein care from a regular protein ampoule or a component.

(The newly grown hair near the scalp is healthy hair, so you can skip the pre-treatment / You can also use other treatments and ampoule products other than protein care, which is a one-time success.)

2) Leave it on for 5~10 minutes, dry it naturally and dry it with a blow dryer to dry it to more than 80% without rinsing it with water.

* For one-time protein or other treatments that require a successful rinse, please follow the instructions for use.

04. Self Straightening Cream Application

Procedure: Back of hair -> Sides of hair -> crown of head -> bangs

1) Now it's time to apply this product. Be careful not to contact the product on the scalp, and apply the product only to a point about 2~3cm away from the scalp.

Apply the product to the healthy part of the hair first, then gradually to the rest of the hair.

2) If you apply the perm to the root of the hair to the extent that the perm is applied to the scalp, the hair may break, so apply the perm without getting on the scalp as much as possible.

3) The order of applying magic medicine is the back of the hair> the sides of the hair> the top > the front hair, the front hair, the V, the ends of the hair, and the damaged area from the healthiest hair.

4) When you are done applying the whole thing, put on plastic wrap or put on a plastic cap.

* When there is no hair cap, it can be used as a hygiene bag for short hair.

05. Softening/Testing

1) Wear a hair cap and heat treat it to see how it progresses. Damaged hair is dried naturally after wearing a hair cap.

* What is heat treatment? It refers to wrapping an electric hair cap or hair cap with a towel and applying heat with a blow dryer.

* 1) Heat treatment (up to 45°C or below, hair dryer or electric hair cap, etc.) is optional. Please decide according to the environmental condition of the hair and perm.

2) Since the softening rate varies depending on the health of the hair, the hair is constantly checked during the softening process.

Check the softening process by holding two or three strands of hair at once and pulling them up and down to see if the hair stretches and shrinks slowly.

In particular, when you pull the hair while keeping an eye on the damaged hair, rinse it as soon as it loses its elasticity.

3) Even if you are in a healthy state of hair, do not leave it for a long time after application, and repeat rinsing-application to get a better effect.

4) If the softening process does not occur after 10 minutes after application, rinse immediately. After diagnosing the hair, we start again with the application process.

Take 3~4 strands of hair and increase them little by little. If the length of about 3 cm is stretched to about 5 cm by pulling, it is judged to be about 60% softened. And the extended length must be elastic to be properly softened.

1. Tie the knot

Take a thin piece of hair and tie it into a knot. If the part of the knotted loop does not change, it is well softened, and if the knot is untied, it is less softened. Also, if the knot is not untied, it is overtime.

2. Use your sense of touch to touch the sensation

Light hair - If the hair is still alive when touched left and right with the fingertips, it is in a state of softening, and if it is soft and shiny, it is in a proper state of softening.
Soft hair - If it feels soft and mushy within 5 minutes after applying it to the new hair, it is not softened, and if it feels crunching when you touch it from side to side, it is in a state of proper softening.

3. Use a tail comb to touch the loop

Take the right amount of hair and curl it around the combtail. At this time, there should be no overlapping areas of the hair. If the shape of the ring is not ruined when the finger is lifted, it is completely softened, and if it seems to return, it is under-softened.

4. Scratch

Take about 5 strands of hair and use one hand to stand up your nails and scrape the hair so that it bends forward. At this time, if the strands are scattered elastically, it means that they have softened to a healthy state. In particular, this method is good as a test method for softening of damaged hairs.

5. Try brushing

In the case of malignant curls, you can find out the degree of softening by applying the solution and leaving it unattended and testing it after an appropriate time. Try combing the curly areas with a tail comb. At that time, if the wave is visible as it is, it is less softened, and if the wave is removed by combing, it is properly softened.

06. Hair cleaning

1) At the end of the softening time, proceed with the rinsing process. Without shampooing, just lukewarm water to rinse your hair in a sweeping motion in the direction of your hair until it doesn't feel greasy and doesn't leave any residue.

(Never wrap it while rubbing.)

2) If the medicine remains, the hair may melt at high temperatures such as the hair dryer, so it is recommended to rinse thoroughly with caution at the rinse stage.

07. Hair drying

1) Wash with lukewarm water and towel dry.

2) Be sure to dry your hair without rubbing it, and when it is still slightly damp,

08. Press work

2) If you pull the hair strongly with the magic machine, the hair may break or break, so be careful about the hair on the scalp side. Instead of sliding the whole hair at once, it is done by dividing it into parts.

09. Completion

1) Shampoo should be used 2~3 days after the treatment so that the desired hair condition can last well.
