Data Receipt & Draft Confirmation

Confirmation of payment

After the draft is confirmed, it will be considered as a production request when deposited, and the production will be automatically suspended if the payment is not made. (Elementary, middle, and high school: Post-payment is possible, and you must make a definite production request by e-mail response to make it without omission.)

Production & Shipping

After the product is completed, according to the delivery area and the quantity of the product, we will send it by courier / individual moon / hapbacha choice 1. Courier: Bundled delivery is not possible, and delivery may be delayed depending on the circumstances of the courier, such as natural disasters, product volume & weight, strikes, etc. Individual moon/habba car: You can only get off on the 1st floor, and you cannot get off at the designated location. Paper Type

Art Paper/Snow Paper

It is the most commonly used paper for cover and photo paper, and it is a paper that is relatively suitable for color printing. (As a photo paper, it is used as art paper, and the cover is made of snow paper.

Mojoji

It is paper used as paper for writing. Generally, 80g is the most commonly used, and it can be customized according to your convenience, such as 100g, 120g, etc.

Dye-free paper

Eco-friendly paper without dyes allows for a vintage and natural expression. Due to the nature of the cover color, the printing can be expressed in 1 degree. (When printing in color, it is not possible to express it in the desired color.)

Lezakzi

It is a special paper that feels the texture of paper, and it works with post-processing such as foil and mold pressure rather than printing, and when it is finished, it is possible to express the cover with a relatively luxurious feeling than snow paper.

130 g white paper

It is the most commonly used paper for promotional sketchbooks and general chapters. ※Colored pencils, crayons are available

170 g white paper

It is the most commonly used paper for promotional sketchbooks and general chapters. Colored pencils, crayons and paints are available

200 g off-white drawing paper

It is used as a professional sketchbook for the gallery and is off-white in color. Colored pencils, crayons and paints are available

220 g white paper

It is used as a professional sketchbook or paper for the gallery, and the color is white. ※Colored pencils, crayons and paints are available

Cover Type

200~250g snow

Notebooks, spring notes, sketchbooks, general chapters, etc., are most often used as covers. (There is no difference between art paper and snow paper when applying coating, and we use snow paper.)

Transparent, translucent PP

It is usually made by adding pp to the snow paper cover. < cover: 2 layers > suitable for outer cover and cover, and it is recommended for making spring notes that are used frequently. e.g. math school notes, meeting minutes, work log, etc.

Approx. 700 g laminated paper

(The number of grams varies depending on the cover) It is a method of making a cover by stacking several layers of paper on top of each other to make a cover, which is relatively sturdy and is used to produce spring notes with a large number of sheets. You can expect it to be about the thickness of a piece of hardboard. (Check the cutting surface)

Approx. 1000 g sabari

(The number of grams varies depending on the cover) The corners are neatly finished as if they were wrapped, so they are strong and protect the inner fabric for a long time. It is recommended when making it in the highest end. It will take some time to produce.

Coating Type

No coating

When it is made of dye-free paper, black paper, lezak paper, and special resin, it is made without coating on the cover. Since there is no coating, it is possible to mark with a regular pen, but it is not recommended because scratches and dust stains occur frequently. (We provide a basic free glossy coating)

Glossy laminating

It is a coating method with a semi-polished glossy feeling. (Glossy coating - provided free of charge)

Matte laminating

It is a smooth, non-shiny coating method.

Binding method

Cordless binding

It is the most common binding method in which the Seneca (spine) part is painted with glue and the inlay is attached to the cover. It cannot be used with a 180-degree unfold, and it may be separated when unfolded, and it may be inconvenient to use more than 40 sheets.

Springbinding

It is a binding method that can be used for 180-degree unfolding by cutting paper into single sheets and weaving it with a spring, so it is suitable for when there are many sheets.

Thread binding

It is a notebook produced by sewing with thread in the center of the cover and inlay and can be unfolded 180 degrees. However, due to the nature of the cascading cut, there is a slight cutting error depending on the number of sheets, so it is not recommended to make more than 20 sheets. You can select the real color separately.

Saddle iron binding

It is a notebook made by working with an iron core in the center of the cover and inlay and can be unfolded 180 degrees. However, due to the nature of the cascading cut, there is a slight cutting error depending on the number of sheets, so it is not recommended to make more than 20 sheets.

Post-processing

※ During post-processing of the gourd, the phenomenon of lifting and crushing will occur, so please be sure to check it before ordering.

Glossy gourd

It is a foil with a feeling of shine, and the basic foil is made of glossy foil. (Gold leaf, silver foil, rust foil, red foil.. etc.)

Matte foil

You can feel like a thin print with a thin print with no shine.

Mould pressure

It is a post-processing method that is expressed as a contrast effect of intaglio and embossed by pressing. Since pressing marks may be left on the back during the type pressure pressing process, it can only work with relatively thick covers.

Holographic Gourd

It is a post-processing method that has the effect of making the color look different depending on where the light is received.

Cutting corners

When making a sharp cover with spring notes and pp material, it is a work that minimizes the risk of injury by cutting out the vertex.

Perforation

It is a post-processing that makes a hole so that it can be wrapped in a file and used. <Please note that perforated pieces may be included in the perforation work. >

Sewing wire

The perforation is processed by the processing used for pad notes, and it can be used by tearing it into pieces one by one.

Due to the nature of custom-made printed products, scratches in the manufacturing process, perforated pieces, dust, paper bending (lamination), spring pressing, banding marks, small ink marks of less than 2 mm, rough edges and cuts, actual copies (brittleness, threading), cuts (ghosting & burial), special resins (surface bursts, concentration differences, scratches), roller marks, cordless binding device presses, color differences, cutting differences, differences in completeness from sample products, etc.

※Problems caused by the data you sent (portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks.. etc.) in the event of an occurrence, we are not responsible.

Even if we only use the files provided by the company, we do not provide the reprocessed original design data in which our efforts and time have been invested. We provide only images for JPEG verification, and the images provided by us cannot be second-edited/republished/uploaded to the web due to the nature of the license agreement.

Keep in mind when submitting a design

(1) When working on the design, please include a 5mm cutting margin on all sides. e.g. when creating a 190x260 note, receive data at 195x265

(2) Please fill in your contact information/name of the person in charge/ordered product and submit the data by e-mail.

(3) We will not modify or inspect the data you receive. It is not possible to do free AS due to design problems, so please read the design precautions before working. (Font Outline/Shape Expansion/Duplicate Check/Group/Hidden/Rasterization/Line-Surface/Image Loss/Color ModeCMYK/Vedic Design.) etc.)

※ If you unavoidably request correction of the received data, we are not responsible for our mistake and the person requesting the correction is responsible. We are not responsible for printing problems caused by errors in the original data when requesting a draft for confirmation. (Example) If the data is checked for duplicates, it is not visible in the confirmation draft, and a duplicate check accident is found after the actual offset printing.

Keep in mind

1.Precautions for printing

- The color of the printed product may be slightly different from the cyan on the monitor.
(No matter how good the monitor is, there will be a difference from the actual printout.)

- Home printer/reprint request/If you bring an existing printed printout, it will not come out in the same color.

- If you want accurate color representation, you need to see the printing supervision, and errors will occur.

- For reasons of the printing press/temperature/humidity/printing technician, it is not possible to achieve 100% identical colors.

- When working, the color mode is worked in CMYK mode. <Version CS6>

- When working on illustrations: Outline processing, shape confirmation, duplicate coloring, and unchecking are required.

- When working in Photoshop: Working with a resolution of 300 DPI.

- After the cyan is confirmed, typo / color / cut.. etc., cannot be reprinted due to typographical problems.

- The final responsibility for printing lies with the orderer, and it can be modified infinitely until the draft is confirmed.

- If you design it yourself, please be sure to notify us of the work description and precautions before working on it. In case of non-compliance, we will not handle any accidents caused by it.

2. Accident handling

- In principle, accident items should be collected first, and the follow-up management team will check and handle them

- In the event of an accident that requires rework, the data is based on the original data that was worked.

3. Shipping Information

- When ordering a product, it is free shipping in bulk based on courier service. (Outside of Jeju Island and South Korea: Additional airfare will be charged.) - The delivery period takes about 7~10 days in Korea after the payment is confirmed (overseas delivery: inquiry) - However, the production period will be delayed in the following cases. e.g.) Hardcover notebook, calendar, bulk order of more than 10,000 copies, post-processing. et cetera

4. Payment Information

- Due to the nature of custom-made production, printing work will be carried out after confirming the advance payment. (Excluding government offices, public institutions, and schools)
- VAT on goods is not included. Payment will be made in addition to 10% VAT at the time of payment.
