-Moopoongzone anchovies are fresh anchovies caught in Korea, boiled in seawater, and dried in a HACCP-certified processing facility. (If it's not domestic anchovies, 100% refund!)

-You can use it as it is by removing impurities with bubble cavitation during the cleaning process before drying. In addition, it is dried in a vacuum low-temperature environment to evenly dry the internal organs of the anchovies and make them fragrant.

-Anchovies contain 20~30% total water. If the humidity causes a fishy smell, sauté it over low heat and dry it for storage.

-Store in the refrigerator immediately after purchase. If you need to store it for a long time, you can store it in the freezer to prevent deterioration and enjoy the unique savory flavor of anchovies for a long time.
