Remove tablet from packaging and insert into mouth. Chew until foam appears, then brush your teeth like you normally would with a toothbrush. Gargle and rinse with water. Do not swallow. 

Without toothbrush:

Remove tablet from packaging and insert into mouth. Chew until foam appears, hold for 30 seconds, then lather your teeth thoroughly with your tongue while gently massaging. Gargle and rinse with water. Do not swallow.

Ingredient
