Precise driving method

It is designed for precise and quiet operation as it is a belt-driven type,
and it can realize the precision of international standards and is advantageous for load maintenance.

More advanced remote control

The new remote control with jog button moves displacement of 0.005mm (based on 100kN) per click,
and it is convenient to adjust the position of the fine crosshead or remove the initial load after biting the sample.
Even during calibration, you can use this jog button to precisely control and maintain the load.
In case of repeated testing of the same sample,
you can use the test start button to immediately retest without going through a program.

New controller

The new DSP CONTROLLER (DTX-2000) is the second generation model of the existing DTX-1000.
By developing and using our own board, we can accurately implement load speed control ,
and elongation speed control to meet the test conditions that meet ASTM STANDARD,
and secure data processing speed that does not fall apart by competing with foreign brands.
The possibility of load cell damage is minimized and noise control is possible.
By memorizing the absolute position,
you can always position the crosshead to the desired place even after rebooting.
